Home - Collaboration Makes Rapid Re-Housing Possible

Repid-Rehousing helps families in transition to secure permananent housing. The program strengthens links to employment and mainstream benefits and enhances case management.

Durham's Rapid Re-housing Program is a collabortation among Urban Ministries, Genesis Home, Interfaith Council and Housing for New Hope. As a result of working together, this national model has placed more than 143 families into apartments throughout Durham county.

The program works with families to get ready to move into their own place from job readiness to financial assistance for the first several months they are in their new home.
